What size should I order / what brand shirts do you use?

With a few exceptions of lagging stock, t-shirts are printed on AS Colours shirts; black, natural, and white shirts on the "block" model and colors on the standard sized "classic." These run large, so please check the size chart– if you usually wear a L or larger, I recommend you order a size down. I do accept size exchanges when the stock is available but cannot guarantee availability.

All products are unisex sizing unless otherwise specified.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Due to the increased volume associated with the holidays, processing time for orders placed between October 22 and November 18 is up to six weeks.

The default shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, but I am happy to upgrade for a corresponding fee– please message me before placing your order. Please note that any expedited shipping services only affect the time in transit, not how long it takes me to ship your order. if you are on a very tight schedule, please email me in advance to make sure your order will arrive in time.

My order tracking says my order was delivered but I don't have it, what can I do?

First off, you will have the best luck tracking down your package by going in person to your delivering post office. They will be able to see the GPS location of the last tracking scan, and help you proceed accordingly.

At checkout, you may opt to purchase Navidium package protection. This acts as a shipping and delivery insurance which will cover your order in the case of damage, loss, or theft. This coverage is optional, but starting with orders placed February 8, 2022, only orders with Navidium coverage are eligible for refund or replacement. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery scan or last tracking update.

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. I have no control over whether you have cleared your cookies after moving, so please double check! I can change an address before an order ships, but cannot change shipping information after an order is processed. 

I am not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping, including but not limited to stolen or misdelivered packages. I am not responsible for orders returned as undeliverable or for customs taxes added to international orders. Please be familiar with your country’s customs tax before ordering, I do not prepay VAT or other customs fees.

My order has been sitting in shipping purgatory for weeks, can you find it?

Sadly, they do not give sellers secret tracking information; we have the same tracking number that you do. Due to increased volume, the USPS is experiencing serious delays, so I am not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. I am also not in a position to retrieve or locate your package. If you need help tracking down a package, you will have the best luck speaking in person with someone at your delivering post office.

If your order has the status “label created” for over a week but has not been scanned at a post office, please email me with your order number so we can figure out what's up.

How do I file a package protection claim?

Please send an email to info@breadandwaterprintshop.com with your order number and what has gone wrong with your package, and I will process your claim within 2 business days.

I placed an order recently, but now the price has changed. Can I get a refund?

I do not offer price adjustments, sorry!

When will my preorder ship?

Preorders will ship on or before the date specified on the product page. Orders that include preorder items will not ship until all products are available.

My order meets the Free Shipping threshold and/or I am eligible for local delivery, but I'm still getting a shipping charge, what gives?

Free shipping cannot be combined with other discounts! So if you are using another coupon, you won't be eligible for free shipping. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Print on Demand items ship directly from the printer and they have their own associated shipping costs, so aren't eligible for free shipping.

I live in Pittsburgh, can I pick my order up?

Because I don't keep regular studio hours, I don't offer local pickup as an option. Local bike delivery is available for some areas of Pittsburgh during most of the year; if your address is eligible, Local Bike Delivery will show up as an option at checkout. Please do not opt for local delivery if a key or code is required to reach your mailbox– if I cannot easily access your mailbox, you will be invoiced for shipping costs. Also, since this is a courtesy I offer, as a courtesy to me please consider how bike-friendly the route to your house is!

What is your return policy?

In the case of incorrect items received, please contact us to correct within 14 days of delivery.

Returns accepted and refunds issued within 14 days of delivery only if the item is not as described. This does not include you ordering the wrong size, though I am often able to exchange sizes. Returns must be authorized via email. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Everything in the shop is hand-printed, meaning there may be some minor variations in each print. Refunds will be given for major printing errors or pre-shipment damage, with photo evidence. Anything sold as Last Chance is final sale and is not eligible for return.

Items are missing from my order! What's going on?

If you ordered Print on Demand items (listed as such in the product name and description), they ship directly from a 3rd party DTG print service. That means your order will come in multiple shipments, don't panic! If you didn't order Print on Demand items and one is missing, email me ASAP to correct.

Do you ship to my country?

Bread & Water ships world-wide with the exceptions of Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Eritrea, French Southern Territories, India, Israel, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Russia, Samoa, South Africa, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.

Please be familiar with your country’s customs tax before ordering, VAT or other customs fees may be due on delivery.

 

 I don't see ________ [item] / ________ is sold out, can I still order it?

Everything that is available for purchase is listed on the website. If an item doesn't come up in the shop or a search, it is currently unavailable. If a product is sold out but will be restocked, you can sign up to be notified by email when it returns. At this time I am not accepting custom reprint requests.

I have a great idea for a shirt, can you make it?

I accept custom design and printing jobs on a limited basis, email me for a quote!
